Often when people hear “CrossFit” they think – “I need to get in decent shape before I could ever do that!”
At our gym, nothing could be further from the truth. For over 25 years, we’ve been helping people of all fitness levels get in the best shape of their lives. We have the experience and knowledge of what it takes to properly help beginners.
You’ll feel the welcoming environment we’ve created for people who have never worked out before or have had a long layoff from working out. We are different from other gyms. We’ve made it our mission to make all programs accessible to every level of client.
Can we help intermediate and advanced athletes? Of course we can, and we do! These folks need a much different approach to coaching.
We foster an environment that is helpful and encouraging so that no one ever feels intimidated or that they are holding up the group.
Please, do yourself a favor. Come on by and try us. We promise that your experience will be positive. We won’t beat you down to “build you back up again.” Does this mean that it will be easy if you are a beginner… no. But we will scale the workouts to suit your level so you can feel successful every single time you come to class, and you will see amazing results.
We focus on a safe and easy going environment in which people of all levels and backgrounds feel comfortable. Our company has been open since 1994, and we've helped thousands of people reach and exceed their goals - while making sure they're having fun and being safe.
While our coaches are serious about results, we don't take ourselves too seriously, and we promise not to tell you how 'hardcore' we are, even though we strive for top performance!
When you are traveling north on Piedmont Road, Miami Circle is the first street on the right after you pass Sidney Marcus Blvd.
Once you turn into Miami Circle, drive down to the roundabout and turn left. Yes – all the way around and then left. Enter through the big red doors under the “Atlanta Kick” sign. Atlanta Kick is our sister company. (Our sign is on the way!)
In the building:
Once you come in through the big red doors, turn to the left. Please check in with the CrossFit coach in Room #3.
If parking is full:
There is another entrance if drive down to the very end of Miami Circle (going past the roundabout). When you reach the dead end, you will veer left and park in the lot in front of Eclipse di Luna restaurant. You will find an entrance to the building to the RIGHT of the restaurant. CrossFit Buckhead and Atlanta Kick are located inside. Use the glass doors to come in, walk all the way to the end of the hallway and turn right (You should see the glass window with our name.) Please check in with the coach in the CrossFit room.
